The vintage is all over and the leaves are beginning to drop. We have just started the long task of fencing the block off to put the sheep in over the winter. Miraculously heaps of ducks have appeared on our little ponds, which obviously coincides with the beginning of duck shooting season. The pruning of the summerfruit trees is complete so basically it is quiet time until pruning. SH |
